Thanks to the Heating integrated in the lid in combination with one powerful circulating air fan the temperature is evenly distributed throughout the entire stainless steel kettle. During the melting process, the honey collects protected at the bottom, covered by the melted lid wax - that's how it stays protected from overheating and maintains its quality.
