• Air dehumidifier: The integrated air dehumidifier provides continuous drying of the air inside the unit, which significantly reduces the honey's water content and improves quality.
• Easy operation: As soon as the honey has reached the desired crystal-free consistency and the optimum water content, switch off the heating and the dehumidifier. After cooling, the seed honey can be added to start the creaming process.
