This means that the food dough (kandi) stays fresh and moist for a long time - a decisive advantage during the breeding season. For best results, we recommend placing a layer of baking or parchment paper underneath the kandi. This prevents premature drying out and makes cleaning the feeding chamber easier.
• Polycarbonate side panels: The side walls are made of shatterproof polycarbonate - extremely stable, impact-resistant and transparent to make the inside view easier.
• Ventilated floor grid: The removable floor grille ensures excellent air circulation and allows for easy cleaning of contamination or condensation.
• Flexible entrance hole closure: The side entrance hole slider has four different openings, suitable for workers, drones, queens or for complete ventilation closure - flexibly adjustable depending on the breeding phase.
• Frame holder with stainless steel screws: Inside there is a frame strip for honeycomb formation, which can be easily removed or replaced if necessary thanks to stainless screws.
• Milling grooves for easy handling: The recessed grips on the sides make it easier to remove and insert the box from mating boxes or transport boxes - comfortably and safely.
